3Shape Trios
- Go to 3Shape Communicate and log in with your account.
- If you don’t already have a 3Shape Communicate account you can register here.
- Click “Add Connections” on 3Shape Communicate and find us with the email address triosinbox@adt-us.com
- Your request to connect will be approved on the same business day.

Medit
If we are not already set as your primary laboratory please contact your MEDIT representative and request to be connected to us. You can also connect to ADT via MEDIT Link with MEDITLink@adt-us.com. Visit MEDIT Help Center for details on requesting a partnership with ADT.
Dentsply Sirona Primescan
- Did you know that you can send your Cerec scan to ADT via Cerec Connect?
- If you don’t already have an account create one at Cerec Connect by clicking “Dentist Registration”.
- Find us by our zip code 02180 and set us as your Favorite Lab!

iTero
- Connect to ADT by signing into your iTero online account and adding Advanced Dental Technologies, or ID #4545.

Carestream
- Connect to ADT by signing into your CS Connect account and partnering with scans@adt-us.com
- If you have any questions, please call 781-438-6110 or click “Carestream Support” to contact us.
Dexis
- Login to DEXIS IS Connect as a Dentist.
- In the toolbar, click .
- In the Partners window, click Invite a partner.
- In the Email field, enter the email address of the Laboratory (scans@adt-us.com).
- In the Message box, either leave the default text or write your own message.
- Click Send.
The invitation message is sent to the Laboratory and a Partner entry is created in the list of Partners.
- When the Laboratory logs in to DEXIS IS Connect, the Partners button displays a notification as follows
Shining 3D
- DentalScan:Navigate to the “Connections” or similar tab within DentalScan. Create a new connection request and enter bookscans@adt-us.com.
- Dental Cloud:Log in to your Dental Cloud account, find the “Connections” or “Partners” section, and initiate a new connection request. Enter bookscans@adt-us.com and send the request.
